Pennsylvania Annual Report Filing Service

Stay Compliant. Avoid Penalties. File On Time.

What Is the New Annual Report Requirement?

Starting January 1, 2025, all business entities and nonprofits registered in Pennsylvania are required to file an annual report with the Pennsylvania Department of State. This is a new requirement designed to keep business registration records accurate and up to date.

The filing is simple, but failure to file could result in administrative dissolution of your business, meaning your company would lose its good standing and legal rights in Pennsylvania.

Who Needs to File?

The annual report requirement applies to:

  • Corporations (C-Corp, S-Corp, Professional Corporations)

  • Nonprofit Corporations

  • Limited Liability Companies (LLCs)
    (including those taxed as S-Corps)
